"This is a very special place in my home state of Colorado. It doesn't take much imagination to feel like you are 150 years removed from the present day in this spot which is 2 block walk (uphill but just one way) to center of town. So very fun and a well kept secret so I apologize to the staff if I'm giving it away. But too good and fun not to comment. Thanks Bill and we hope to see you soon!"

"My sister and I stayed here with my dog and loved the place. Very comfy set-up, plenty of space and stuff to do, near interesting natural attractions and beautiful scenery. "Home is great. Nice and clean. Loved that I could bring my little buddy Oliver (dog). We just hung out. Needed a break from town and work. Picked a bad week to check things out. Road crew was there the whole time. Lots of traffic. So we hung out and cooked good food on my little griddle that fit on the grill. We would stay there again. Want to go have dinner in town sometime or check out the mountains.Thank you, Sam & Oliver!"

"Awesome, attentive staff. This place has a ton of charm and a great vibe. We loved the live music and the ease of grabbing dinner at the food truck stationed at the property. The lodge’s bar had a great assortment and allowed us to not have to leave. We played volleyball and used the free bikes to ride over to the Garden of the Gods which is just a few minutes away. We also enjoyed a great light breakfast on our way out. Great price for all the accommodations! Highly recommend this fun, family oriented lodge. "
