Love how close and easy it is to get to Tinley Park! And across the street from Denny’s. Room was clean. No breakfast that I saw… Staff is very nice and helpful.

Terrible smell when entering the lobby. Check-in was smooth. Entered room smell still terrible. Bed had no pillows, A 2 drawer dresser 1 drawer broken. Frig sat on top of dresser leaking water and freezer in fridge was a solid block of ice. We returned to front desk and informed them room was not acceptable, still waiting for refund.

Room was clean, bathroom was set up for 2 we had 3 asked for extra had to go back the next day to get them myself. 2nd room had no towels and no shower curtain. Nearly fell off the toilet because set was so loose, ask for repair but they never came we left 3 nights later. Had a bed, had a shower, air conditioning worked but noisy.

The staff I encountered while I was there for my 2 night stay was friendly and courteous. After check-in, I immediately went to the 2nd floor to go to my room. The elevator and hallway were dated and mostly clean. When I arrived at my room, I opened the door and was met with a strange odor. I am guessing the odor may be from when the hotel did allow smoking. I did set the AC to on in order to get some air moving in the room. Even with that, the smell was still there. The carpet did not appear to be clean and the bedspread had numerous small holes in it. There was one available outlet by the dresser near the tv, so I plugged in my USB splitter to charge my phone, watch and earpiece. I have to ask why that particular outlet was also directly connected to the light swithch by the door, so when I put out the lights, the outlet shut off and nothing charged until I figured out that I need to turn off all the lights in the room individually. Horrible design! I went to down to the breakfast area the first morning and all I saw were oatmeal packets and a prepackaged roll of some kind. It was hardly appetizing, so I went across the street to Denny's for a real breakfast. The second night added a little more adventure. The room above me must have been rented to someone from the national clogging team. They was stomping around the room until well after 2:30am. For over $100 a night, I would expect a little better than what I experienced. I cannot honestly recommend this hotel.

Nice amount of restaurants to dine around the property. The front desk receptionist was extremely nice. If you need a quick place to lay your head then this place is the one for you. It does have a sort of older smell and look to it. But other than that, it’s okay.

The property was convenient because it was right next to the wedding venue but we ran into complications. I arranged for two rooms that were supposed to be suites and they were not. The rooms weren’t available for checking in an we arrived later than usual after the check in time. So our room should have been cleaned and available. I was told over the phone that there was a common office area where we could meet and take photos and there was no such area. The staff were not very friendly unfortunately. This is a great hotel for a quick stay but I would not recommend it for vacationer's/leisure. The air conditioning was working overtime because it were freezing in the rooms like a doctors office but it’s good because the germ levels were handled.

Super friendly staff. We always get amazing attention from Jenna. Room was clean and had new flooring too! Breakfast choices were assorted yogurt, oatmeal, cinnamon buns, coffee, and hot chocolate.

I stayed one night and had two rooms for my family. The staff were very nice. The property is very old and both rooms smells bad from inside. I choose this hotel because of the better price, closer to the event I went and easily accessible from I80.

My stay at the Mokena Super 8 was fine. The hotel is very old, but everything was clean. My room was clean, the bed, the bathroom. All of that was very clean and comfortable. I had just two issues, not an extra roll of toilet paper to be found, fortunately I always carry this with me because I just didn’t feel like going to the front desk. Also, the dresser drawers are dangerous. I was looking for a blanket and thought I would look in the dresser and one of the drawers nearly fell on my foot. That could’ve been very ugly. It’s very old furniture. I had one of my cats with me because she was having a dental surgery at Mokena Animal Clinic the next morning and I didn’t want to drive in in the morning. My kitty’s stay was fine; I kept her in a tent all night because I couldn’t risk her hiding someplace in the room. Unfortunately, I had to pay an extra $45 to keep her confined to a tent! I’m glad the hotel allows pets, but she wasn’t going to destroy anything being confined to a tent. I would stay there again if the occasion came up.
