"Excellent hotel. Good value. Excellent location with nice woods in the back with a patio with picnic tables plus they had a grill. The hotel is a little outdated and could use an upgrade, but the room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good and the coffee was great. Met some great people there. Will be staying there again in a few weeks."

"Clean rooms tons of parking .The two staff members we worked with were awesome female and male .The only thing I can’t give them an excellent review on is the fact that it’s a large hotel and we were on the 3rd floor at the very end far away from the only elevator and I couldn’t find stairs so either you grab everything before you went to to the room or went without :( as in ice ,drinks or snacks "

"This is a gem of a place. I have stayed at the abner many times and am delighted to say it is always a treat. The hotel is warm charming sparkling clean and perfectly located with shopping and dining just outside your doors. The rooms are comfortably appointed with all the extras of a posh stay . The breakfast is a must and don’t skip the frittata. Dinner is a cozy culinary experience with an ample menu to cover many tastes but dine exquisitely. If open do not miss out on the rooftop lounge and bar perfectly cultivated for cocktails and conversation. "

"We had a wonderful stay at this cozy 2-bedroom cottage! We booked it while in town for my graduation, and it was the perfect amount of space for my small family. The cottage was very clean and well-maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away.The location is absolutely beautiful—tucked away in the woods on a private lake property, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. We really enjoyed being able to fish and take advantage of the playground during our stay, which was a great bonus for family time.Another highlight was how well-equipped the cottage was. It had everything we needed and more, especially helpful in case you forget any essentials.The only suggestion I would make is adding a fire pit with a few chairs. That would truly elevate the experience and make evenings even more enjoyable—we would absolutely be willing to pay extra for that feature!Overall, a fantastic stay and a perfect spot for a quiet getaway. We would definitely return!Lastly, the host went above and beyond to make sure we settled in okay. Made us aware that they were available if needed. But also allowed us to enjoy our time with no interruptions. Very respectful!"

"The breakfast was wonderful. They had a great selection and everything was the correct temperature. The beds were very comfortable. We were warned that there was a group on our floor and to tell them if they got loud. The room was incredibly quiet. We got in late and one of their entrances was closed. The couple of extra minutes finding the other entrance was the worst thing I can say about my stay. It was nothing. "
