This 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is newly remodeled and fully stocked, featuring 2 king beds and 2 twin beds, a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, Central A/C, in-home laundry, linens and towels, and kitchen essentials. This property is fully stocked with all guest essentials to make your stay easy and comfortable including household and bathroom supplies.
Enjoy a large pet friendly fully fenced backyard with a patio, BBQ, and lighted fire pit area, plus ample parking for vehicles and watercraft. It is also centrally located and in close proximity to Bullhead City (18 miles), Fort Mohave (11 miles), Laughlin (24 miles), Lake Havasu (45 miles) and 2 hours away from Las Vegas!
