"I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. At check-in, the front desk manager assigned us two rooms on lower floors at the very end of the hallway. As Chinese guests, we’re generally not comfortable with end rooms, so we asked if we could switch. However, we were told that changing rooms would cost an additional $15 per room, per night, which felt unreasonable. On top of that, Wi-Fi was not included and required an extra daily fee. The swimming pool was also closed this past weekend, yet we were still charged a resort fee without any clear explanation of what amenities it actually covered. Another issue was the casino area it was filled with cigarette smoke, and the ventilation seemed very poor. It made the environment quite uncomfortable, especially for families. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, particularly for those traveling with children."

"Only one elevator working that was an inconvenient waited a long time to get to our room. Miscommunication with the front desk agent, we requested housekeeping and it was not done. We needed towels and coffee."

"The goods: Price was excellent, room was comfortable, AC did its job, parking was easy and right in front of my door and the property was decently quiet. The bads: Apparently the pool has been drained for a long time now as i was told from another guest who stays there, Also there is zero ice machines available. Cant comment on: Cannot comment on what kind of breakfast was available because when i went down during a time the office was supposed to be open, the door was locked and the office was closed so i just went on down the street and picked up something on my way out of town. Overall, for what i paid and the comfort of the room and the friendliness of the staff, I would go back again as long as i bring my own ice and have no need to get into the pool"
