  • This is the Best Rental on the River! This home has a private sandy beach and 27ft wide boat launch. This is a 1600 square foot, three bedroom, two bath home, located 100 feet from the Colorado River. No smoking allowed. Inquire about pets. This is the back house to listing 83610. The home has river view boat launch and beach shared with 83610.

    The home is located 23 miles from Bullhead City and 25 miles from Lake Havasu City, Az. Across from Needles Marina. 10 minutes by boat Pirates Cove.

    The house is completely furnished. The kitchen has granite, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and fully equipped with all cooking and eating essentials. The house has a central air-conditioner and heating unit.

    All bedrooms are completely furnished with beds, dressers and ceiling fans. This is a wonderful home with lots of windows and ceramic tile.

    There is plenty of parking for boats and RV's. There is a 18 hole golf course within one mile. The house is 18 miles from the Bullhead/Laughlin Casinos.
