On our first day in this hotel, I bought two bottles of mineral water from a hotel staff member and was charged 70 dirhams. The next day, I bought exactly the same mineral water from a mini market next to the hotel, where it cost only 4.5 dirhams per bottle.
There was also an issue with our room on the first night, as the air conditioning was not working. We informed the hotel and requested a room change. Fortunately, they moved us to another room where the air conditioning worked properly.

Check in was kind of wonky. They don't accept euro coins as payment for local taxes but take euro paper. Which is kind of confusing since it was only 4 euro to pay the local taxes I didn't have local currency in a low enough denomination to pay so I had to wait an extended period of time to have them get me change for 200 dirhams. The check-in person which I don't know his name because they did not have a name-tag or give a proper introduction was egotistical and condescending. Which is not good as the face of the hotel. The room was ok and the area the hotel was in was ok. Would not stay here again unless there wasn't another option as there are too many options of other places to stay.

The girls cleaning the room were amazing, the room was cleaned twice a day., and the assistant manager Mounir was so helpful and friendly, great staff in the hotel would highly recommend it.

"The air conditioning wasn’t working and they gave us a fan to use, which was broken. We had to go to the lobby again to get another fan. Water in shower oscillated from cold to scalding while showering. Facilities were beautiful and we had a balcony with a view of the ocean."
