"Room is clean"

"The hotel was very clean and our stay was great. Breakfast had all the essentials with a good variety, and we will definitely stay there again. I accidentally left my ring behind after checkout, and housekeeping found it. The staff was so kind to call me so I could get it back. The customer service was excellent, and Johnny was especially kind. He even offered us coffee and cookies for the trip home."

"Room had cracked mirror (disclosed by staff), otherwise clean, comfortable, and well-kept. Light switch for bathroom being outside bathroom was a little strange. WiFi was basically inoperable. Desk could use better lighting (had a bedside light fixture but was not over the desk itself."

"The room was clean and check in was easy. But the beds were very uncomfortable and both the showers in our room weren’t working properly. One only put out scorching hot water and it was really hard to turn off. The other shower only had a small amount of water and pressure coming out of it. The morning breakfast was food and the grounds were well maintained. "
