"We had a great stay. We booked a room for a one night stay after going to the BTS concert at the Stanford stadium. The staff that checked us in was very nice and the room looks better in person then in the pictures. Thank you maple tree inn for making my first Concert experience great."

"We had a great experience with our stay. The staff was helpful and Michael was a superhero. We were in town for a concert and he made it so we could check in and leave for it with plenty of time. The room was quite spacious and clean. My sister said it felt like a little apartment. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I appreciated the lighting features. It helped with putting on make up."

"The place is an older place, but it seems they did a remodeling because the rooms look much newer. The bathroom layout was a bit weird, with the sink being tucked away in the corner. But, the water pressure was good and there was always hot water. They don't have an elevator. This doesn't bother me, but if you need an elevator for whatever reason, then this place won't work for you. My biggest complaint and the reason why I won't stay here again is as follows: On the day I checked in, I found the people in the room next to me to be banging things in the wall during the afternoon/early evening. I let it go thinking by night they would stop. Well, at night, they were intimate with each other. This happens, I know, I'm not naive, but the beds are adjacent to each other, so I could hear the headboard being slammed behind me. I went to the front desk, the door was closed, so the lady spoke to me from behind it and called the people to let them know of the disturbance. When I asked to be moved to another room, I was told they were full and those people were staying long term. Whats interesting is that when I started looking for another place, I found this place, Travel Inn showing availability. This left me perplexed.... I ended up staying because I did not have the money to go somewhere, while awaiting a refund, and the people next to me ended up talking late the following night, making it hard to sleep again. I won't be staying here again."

"It has air conditioning that works and there was always plenty of parking. The front desk staff were not friendly. I had enquired with the front desk as to why my room was not cleaned. I was told that the room is cleaned every two days. I stayed there for six nights and the room was only cleaned once. I paid extra for a room with a fridge and microwave. The microwave has seen better days. When you open the door you see that the paint is chipping away, rusting away you could say. There is a considerable gap on the door frame, which when the wind was blowing hard I could hear the wind howling at night. Also, the hotel list the pool as an amenity. The pool was dirty and you could not use it."

"It was nice to have a room with carpet this time, but they should have some better chairs with a padded backrest. I used a seat cushion and one of the pillows on the back, which was more comfortable. The best way to keep the room warm is to leave the heater on because it does not remain that way the entire time. The staff was friendly, helpful, and understanding when the key card was not opening the door and I left it in the room. The smoke alarm was missing the battery and kept chirping, which I brought to the front desk when checking out to have it fixed or replaced."
