Villa molto grande, comoda al paese. Presenti tutte le comodità quali ampio soggiorno, tre camere ampie, lavatrice, forno a microonde, sdrai, tavolo all'aperto con giardino, e stendino filtri lavandini da pulire, aspirapolvere inutilizzabile, alcune lampadine bruciate, gancio del doccino nella vasca al secondo piano.
