"The room was disappointing. There were no usb outlets for charging phones. The outlet for the hairdryer in the bathroom was way back under the vanity-impossible for us to reach. The 2 glass doors to the bathroom made it difficult to leave a light on during the night."

The breakfast is extortionate and not as good as other local hotels especially for children. The location is great. Our floor smelt of smoke regularly and nothing was done about this. There’s no water available in the gym. It’s unlikely we’d return."

Overall, a reasonable choice for a business stay, but the property would benefit from modernization."

"Excellent place to stay while visiting Jerusalem. The staff and service were excellent. Quite elegance for those in the know this is the place to go. Can’t wait to come stay here again. Special thank you goes to the front desk staff who made the check-in experience after a long flight a seamless experience. The room was nice and nicely finished though the shower got some getting used too. The food and especially the breakfast are a must."
