"The host was brilliant and waited for us after our later than planned arrival. We had the 2 room suite which was lovely. The amenities were great. Although the pool is a little small, we practically had it to ourselves which was awesome. Plenty of on site parking. Perhaps missing some local recommendations for places to go but with a car there are lots of places to visit. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the apartments."

"Fantastic location and great hotel. The views can’t be beat. The hotel is actually nicer in person and has an amazing pool area with views. We had a balcony with hot tub and it also had the same fantastic view. There is a climb back from town with many stairs but Modica is many stairs unless you drive or taxi into town."

"If I could give more than five stars I would. I have absolutely no complaints. Marco and his staff were so nice and helpful from the get go. I was welcomed and shown around the place to get a feel for the amenities. My room was beautiful. Very clean. Water was provided and refilled daily free of charge. Breakfast was served overlooking Modica. I just have no words to explain my gratitude for everything during my stay. I will definitely be back. If you’re not sure : BOOK IT! The only thing I would suggest (this has nothing to do with the place) is having a car (public transportation is pretty terrible across Sicily) but I was given suggestions for a car service that was truly amazing."

"The property is quite charming and not a standard hotel. It is in the countryside so a car is required. The staff were all so accommodating and kind. We stayed 8 nights and enjoyed dinner on site each night. It was lovely dining outside in the central courtyard and the food was absolutely delicious. The menu had enough variation to satisfy any food wants."

"An absolutely wonderful hotel. The people were extraodinarily gracious, welcoming and relentlessly helpful and kind. The room was oddly shaped, but who cares? The bed was luxuriously comfortable. Breakfast? Incredible? Over-the-top excellent. One note: The hotel is located in a modern, developed and somewhat sterile suburb of Modica, a bit removed from the city itself. Ask the people at the desk to arrange transportation to and from the town with Stefano, a most excellent and thoughtful driver."

"This is a nice property located right next to San Giorgio's Cathedral. The staff are SUPER helpful and nice. My room was large and had great views of the Cathedral. Super comfy bed, and very quiet so I had a great night sleep. My only two complaints are that the breakfast room was left with all the dirty dishes from other guests for hours. Not sure if they were short staffed that morning, but that was really gross, and the second is that the property does need a makeover. Having said that the price was fantastic and I would gladly stay here again."
