Hannah and the concierge were amazing. I told them about the special occasion I was there for - a Bob Dylan concert to celebrate my mom and dad’s 50th anniversary (and his passing a few months ago). They gave us a beautiful note and a bottle of Chandon.
What a class act. It meant so much to feel heard and gave that special touch.
Their food and drinks were also delicious. We had a gem salad with rotisserie chicken and lime drops (light on the simple syrup). For breakfast we split the bagel. Only a catch there, but they gave us crème freche instead of cream cheese and pickled onions instead of regular red onions. Note to room service: regular cream cheese goes on a bagel not crème freche and pickled onions go on tacos, not bagels. It’s a thing ;) Otherwise, stellar time and will be back. I loved how quiet the property was and the beds were super comfortable and fluffy, but not too soft.

"People was friendly facilities were clean easy check in and out just one bad thing, hiding fees I use a third party reservation I use my card for a deposit and they charge deposit plus some other stuff it may be normal for them but I never see them charges in any other hotel anywhere most likely ..."
