We have designed it with comfort and convenience as key. From the smart TVs, the luxury bedding, outdoor patio/bbq set, to the thoughtful amenities, every detail was carefully thought to make your stay unforgettable! Not in the house, in the garage, in a crate or in the dog run. You must take the animal with you anytime you leave the house. • No service animals on our furniture or beds. If you need a crate, we will provide you with one. If you must have your animal on the bed, please bring your own sheets or blanket to cover and protect ours or just ask and l'd be happy to lend you some older imperfect ones. • Please do not use our bathtub or shower to bathe your service animal. Please do not use our towels on your animal. Animal hair is very very hard to get out of furniture, towels and bedding. FIRE STATION: We are located near a local fire station, but they are courteous enough at night not to turn on their siren till they are on the main roads. ALARM SYSTEM: There are sensors located on every exterior window and door, as well as a keypad on the wall near the hallway. Please do not tamper with the sensors or keypad. THERMOSTAT: The thermostat is located near the alarm keypad in the hallway. SECURITY CAMERAS: The home is equipped with security cameras on the exterior of the home. If they are disabled, you will be asked to leave immediately and without refund. Crime is not a problem in our neighborhood unless you accidentally leave your vehicle unlocked with tools or valuables inside. Hopefully these cameras will continue to be a good deterrent to any dishonest or illegal activity. ILLEGAL ACTIVITY WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. It a 4 bedroom 2 bath, with beautiful LVT flooring throughout the house, easy to access wifi, and 6 TV's. The furniture and beding are both up to date and very comfortable. There were 6 of us in total, some of us are very light sleepers, so the quiet friendly neighborhood was exactly what we were looking for. The manager was great and very prompt in responding to messages. We will definitely be staying here again. ##### Daniel S. This home is clean, well-appointed and very comfortable. My husband and I stayed there with my 20 something niece and nephew for 5 days and 4 nights. We talked well into the early mornings in the living room and had breakfast before we dashed off to our events, on the kitchen counter. There is a large dining table for 8 but my niece and I cleared it off and used it as our sewing center. There was a Coffee machine, hot pot, coffees to use in said machines, frozen waffles and burritos for a quick breakfast! I feel like the host just anticipated our every need in the house. My nephew, who has stayed in many rented houses all over the world, told me it is the best house by far and that I need to give it a 5+ star rating.
