The Space:

Welcome to this cozy condo at Hi-Tide Ocean Beach Resort—your front-row seat to the Pacific Ocean and miles of windswept coastline.



This comfortable 2-bedroom condo is designed for simple, relaxing beach living, with everything you need for a laid-back stay just steps from the sand.



Living Area:

The open living space features a cozy couch, coffee table, and two oversized leather recliners arranged around a TV with DVD player. Large windows bring in natural light and showcase sweeping views of the ocean, dunes, and seabirds. From here, you can unwind after a day of beach exploring or simply watch the waves roll in.



Kitchen & Dining:

The full kitchen is equipped with everything needed for home-style meals:



Stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave

Cookware, dishes, and utensils

Dining area for shared meals before or after beach days

Guest Access:

Guests will receive detailed check-in instructions prior to arrival. Guests have full access to the condo, including the kitchen, living area, bedrooms, private deck, and resort beach access points. While we respect your privacy, our team is available should you need any assistance during your stay.

A car is recommended to explore nearby beaches, towns, and attractions along the coast. Most restaurants, shops, and activities are a short drive away in Ocean Shores or nearby coastal communities. Beach walking is also a great way to explore the immediate area.

• ID verification and signed rental agreement required before check-in

• We take cleanliness seriously—this home is professionally cleaned and inspected before every stay.

• Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. We ask guests to please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.



TERMS OF SERVICE

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Please be advised that all guests will be required to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
