"This hotel was built as a cotton mill in 1837. Each room is unique with some brick walls and exposed wooden beamed ceilings ranging in height from 12 ft to 25 ft. Upon arrival and checking in our room was 81 degrees and the air was not working in that room. The front desk clerk was very friendly and accommodating and immediately moved us to a different room to make sure our stay was comfortable. Our room was a loft with bedroom upstairs and a full living room downstairs. Most importantly the air worked. We really enjoyed our stay and will come back again. I almost forgot the breakfast was wonderful and included in the price of the stay. "

"Liked it so much out first stay on the way north that we came back to stay again on our way home. Had a little terrible getting an extra towel for the 3rd person in our room. They first said no but i went back and got it finally after complaining they're were only 2 towels in the room and the reservation was for 3. Otherwise great place for a great price."
