Charming 3 bedroom Lake Burton cottage; sleeps 9; on the water

"The house was perfectly clean! We loved the location. It is on the Dicks Creek end and with the recent drought we didn’t have enough water to get our boat to the house but we did catch a few fish off dock. We brought our boat and if anyone is planning on bringing their boat- drop it off at the marina BEFORE you go to the house! The street is narrow and there is no place to turn around. We had to do a 187 point turn but finally got it! We rented a campsite at Moccasin creek state park just to use their facilities and were able to leave our boat there all night. It worked out well for us as it is just a couple of minutes down the road. The home is decorated well, is very cozy & clean home. The screened porch was relaxing. The neighbors were great and helped us get our boat turned around without going into anyone’s grass. Also- don’t forget to save photos of all check in info as there is zero cell service. The house WiFi worked great. We had few minor questions and the owner responded right away. We would definitely book again."

"A very quiet and clean cabin nestled in the forest. Near a fantastic restaurant (The Blue Canoe) and around the corner from a small gas station. Fantastic for a couple looking for a mountain getaway. Bring an extra fan if you have anyone sleeping in the loft during the summer."

"Tiny house was adequate, queen bed, microwave, tiny refrigerator. Tv, wonderful surrounding property. Host was very helpful and responsive . Temps outside were too hot for hot tub. Highly recommend this property and host."

"Sent us wrong address and we went to the cabin with the steep driveway which was hard to get back up but enjoyed the new paved driveway for the correct location. Disappointed that there was no lake access to launch our kayaks but we made other arrangements for lake access. Enjoyed the hot tub and bed and shower and kitchen and tv."

"This is a great find in a quiet, pristine, small tiny home community just off the lake at Burton. Everything exactly as stated in the listing. Bed great, appliances clean, furniture nice and bathroom not cramped. I really enjoyed my stay. Susan is a super host!"
