"This was the perfect place for spring break. The cabin's setting offers a beautiful view of Lake Burton and it's a short drive to restaurants and shops in both Clayton and Clarkesville. We loved the hot tub and gas fireplace, which proved handy on chilly nights. The kitchen was well appointed and spacious, and the bathrooms are updated and clean. In fact, this was one of the cleanest rental properties we've stayed in through the years. The staff was extremely helpful and communicated well. We highly recommend the Overlook at Lake Burton."

This was dreamy from decorations to decor to ambience: 1. Gorgeous inside & out 2. The most impressive little touches of love and care and hospitality all over the place, too many to count, you'll have to go see for yourself. 3. Close to outdoor adventure, not to mention a trail on property and our room overlooking a waterfall mere steps away. 4. Provisions for smores, snacks left out for us, the cleanest rooms ever. 5. And a book with a bunch of local things to do which were plenty, including G.O.A.T & Lady Bug Landing;) so precious & fun! The staff was very conscientious and helpful, most definitely coming back!"
