Not used by owner. This apartment is on the second floor of a building that has 4 apartment units. It is located downtown in the historic "DETONTI SQUARE" district. Very quiet with beautiful old homes and large oak trees. It is only 5 blocks from lively 'Dauphin Street' with all of the restaurants, bars and other activities. The apartment is as described (has a Keurig). The space is beautifully decorated and luxurious. The area is amazing with Greer’s Market nearby (5 min walk). They have groceries, hot/cold food bar, deli, and plenty of grab-go options. The neighborhood is historic with beautiful architecture and buildings. Numerous restaurants and coffee options within a 1-mile radius. The apartment is in a small complex of 4 apartments with a courtyard in front. We stayed in Unit B which is upstairs. Those with mobility issues may not be able to climb the thin spiral staircase to the door. Consider staying in unit C (downstairs). The owner is on site and was very pleasant.
