    The living areas with high vaulted ceilings will welcome you right in and the formal dining room openning to the family room. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with spices, utensils, plus cooking and baking necessities. The natural light and lots of windows offer the house a beautiful and vibrant feel. The quiet private backyard with a huge tree brings peace and relaxation.

    The spacious living room features a large smart TV and plenty of additional seating, two of which can be used for sleeping. Beds in all of the bedrooms are for 16.

    A multi-phone charger is available in the kitchen area.

    An electric grill for outdoor BBQ is stored in the kitchen cabinet and is available during your stay.

    You can enter the house either through the front door or the back door with the digital locks. The alley can park up to two cars and is convenient for the elderly, for unloading luggages or groceries. You are welcome to access the whole house except the garage.

    You must be at least 25 yrs old to reserve. A copy of your valid picture ID is required.

    There is outside video surveillance and guest counts are monitored. Tampering with any cameras will result in your reservation being canceled with no refund.
