Walk to Downtown! Private Hot Tub, Fireplace, Indoor Pool

You can enjoy the peacefulness of Moab yet only be a couple of blocks from downtown. A 5-10 minute walk is all it takes to get to the heart of downtown Moab, so leave your car parked and walk into town or use one of our 5 bicycles to get around town! This twinhome in the Cottonwood Condominiums was completed in the summer of 2008 and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The living room has a 46” LCD high definition TV with expanded cable and a DVD player. Alternatively, curl up with a book in front of the fireplace. The dining area has a large table that easily seats 8 adults. The master bedroom has a king bed and a 40" LCD TV. There is a spacious walk-in closet and large shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and ample closet space for storage. The 3rd bedroom contains a twin bed over a full bed bunk bed with a pull out trundle bed as well. It will sleep 4 people if needed. The living room contains a queen-size sofa bed.

High speed Internet access is available and there is a desktop computer available for you to use or you may connect your own computer to the secured WiFi network we have.

A nice duplex near town. Nice garage and hot tub. The pool was a block or two away but also nice. Plenty of room.

Anniversary Trip to Moab

Quick trip with family to celebrate our anniversary, my wife and I have stayed in several places throughout Moab and this always one of the better ones!The proximity to downtown was awesome, the house was clean and well stocked, everything worked!Chad was very proactive in communication and we will definitely stay here again!

Walk to downtown Moab. Cozy place!

We loved the location. The hot tub was a bonus on cold mornings. Decor is very western and tasteful. Kitchen is well stocked. We enjoyed out stay.

Great location and new hot tub!

We had a great stay and pleasantly surprised by how large the living area and kitchen were. We were in moab for a bike race, so we really appreciated the large garage that also had about six or seven cruiser bikes. We had everything we needed. The location is right downtown, and we could walk to main street. We would stay again!

The condo in Moab Utah was exceptional. It was clean and accommodations were spot on. The walk downtown was short and there were lots of good restaurants around us.

Fantastic, cozy stay near downtown Moab

The condo was immaculately clean and perfect for our family of 5! Plenty of space, and the kids loved the bunk beds. We loved reading by the fireplace in the mornings and sitting on the patio in the afternoons. Walkable to downtown Moab with plenty of great restaurants and shops nearby, but super quiet at night for a great night's sleep. Overall, a very comfortable, cozy stay and we recommend it highly!

National Park Vacation with the family

Chad’s place was a great size and layout for our family of six adults. It had enough sleeping spaces and bathrooms to accomodate our needs. It is located very conveniently to downtown Moab so we could leave our car and walk to dinner and shopping. We would definitely stay here again.

Spacious House!

The house was much more spacious than we expected, very tidy and a short drive from Arches! It was also well stocked with plenty of games and books to keep our 4 kids and 4 adults entertained. We’ll definitely try to stay here again.

Perfect mid-week stay with family

We were excited to drive up to Moab with family visiting from the UK to celebrate their birthdays -- Chad and Tracey's place was perfect for the six of us. We visited Arches and Canyonlands, and we loved walking into town to explore Moab. We also used the hot tub and cooked dinner in the spacious kitchen every evening. Thanks for a great stay!
