The house was spacious for 5 adults and 2 kids (one couple in main room, kids and a couple in 2 queen room, one adult in 2 doubles room). Fenced in private back yard with nice grass good for kids to roll around. Neighborhood playground a short stroll up the road about 4 houses. Kitchen equipped well (I would say perfectly adequate).
