The home is within 10 minutes of downtown Moab and is self-contained among a series of similarly high-end homes. We enjoyed the swimming pool at the nearby clubhouse (easy walking distance), the nice hot tub on our patio (!), the ping pong table in the garage, and all of the other amenities. This home has more amenities than most others in which I've stayed, including three flat screen tvs, a fireplace, a full range of dishes, pots, pans, built in ironing board and iron, two car garage, and location in a quiet and attractive neighborhood. It was great to come home to such a nice home after mountain biking, hiking, and sightseeing. Thanks very much. ##### Roger P.
