Nice property with community pool and hot tub. Set up well for cooking for a group including a large gas grill. Plenty of on street parking for vehicles, UTVs and trailers.
We only got to stay for the weekend but this townhome was wonderful! Clean, modern, very comfortable furniture & beds & great communication with the owners made this weekend perfect!
The place was perfect for visiting the parks. Great location,
very comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfortable.
After long days exploring the condo was perfect for recovering and planning the next adventure

This place is clean and well appointed. Plenty of space for our whole family group to gather, cook, and enjoy time together. Easy access to town and all that Moab has to offer. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back!
This lovely home was the perfect backdrop for an annual ladies get together. We enjoyed all the wonderful things to see and do around Moab but our nights were spent catching up in this wonderfully comfortable home. All the ammenties you would need, even a couple bikes for peddling around. Definitely 5 star!!
We rented this property for several friends coming down from SLC and flying in from Ohio for a few days of cycling. It was perfect. Great location, comfy beds, close to downtown and easy to access. Thank you!

A nice spot for a group of 6 ladies for a girls trip. Unit was spacious, clean and comfortable. Everything was in good working condition and the kitchen was very well equipped. The living space was a nice communal layout for socializing. Would recommend a coffee table for the living room though. Location is a bit long to walk to the main part of town, but it is a very quick drive.
Beautiful, spacious, clean and luxurious place. Easy walk or bike ride into town. Great home base for all your activities. We mountain bikes and e-bikes into Arches, that was beautiful but wish the e-bike batteries lasted longer!
I cannot say enough good things about our stay. The place was super clean and very well maintained. The location is convenient to get to all the necessary places in Moab. All of "downtown" is right down the road. We ended up riding our mountain bikes right out of the garage and directly to the trails. Ken was very responsive and a gracious host. Highly recommend!
A great choice for 7 friends spending a couple of days in Moab as part of a longer Mighty 5 tour. Communicative. Clean. Conveniently located. Well equipped.
