The pull out couch was perfect for our 6 and 8 year old - not high off the ground just in case they fell over with wrestles sleep. Glad they had towels and sample shampoo, conditioner, bath gel and body lotion. I hate dragging those with me on a trip. I liked that we had privacy doors to the bedroom too. We could walk to Main Street and the hikes we liked were no more than a 20 minute drive from our room. Cute table and chairs outside for us to hang out. It was newly built or remodeled, with three apartments sharing a single house. We did not hear much noise from the neighbors on either side of us. The interior spaces were large and comfortable - very nice bathroom, bedroom and living room. The kitchenette was a bit sparse - only a microwave for cooking. We would really have liked a cooktop for an egg, etc. Also, the table only fits two, which made meals in for a family of 3 a challenge. There was a nice patio with a larger table outside. The location was perfect, just steps away from the heart of Moab, with many restaurants and food trucks to choose from. The private parking was also nice.
