Covered patio with outdoor dining and BBQ. Fresh new linens throughout this 3 bedroom, 2 full bath unit. Bedroom #1 has an ensuite bathroom, king size bed, walk-in closet and TV. There is also a twin size rollaway bed located in the closet for added sleeping. Bedrooms #2 & 3 have full size beds and there is a sleeper sofa in the living room. The owner has also provided pet beds with special bedding that can be removed and laundered as well as food bowls for your furry friend. Open floor plan to congregate, share a meal or play games. Unit is within close proximity of downtown Moab and in between national parks. Views of the Moab Canyon Rim and La Sal Mountains. Pool and spa available to guests from April 1, through September 30th. Washer and dryer available to guests and inside unit. Pets welcomed!
