The inviting king bed, cozy seating area, and private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and soaking tub make relaxation effortless after a day outdoors. A compact kitchenette includes an under-counter refrigerator, microwave, sink, and coffee maker - everything you need for simple meals or your morning brew before hitting the trails. Outside, unwind beneath the desert sky in the shared hot tub (shared with two other units) or enjoy a quiet evening grilling on your private BBQ. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date.
