We were here over spring break and had a terrific time. The townhouse is very well equipped, spotlessly clean and in a great location. There are two bedrooms, each with a full bath. The lower level has a sofa sleeper (which my son says is one of the more comfortable he's slept on) and a half bath. We loved the Moab area and easily visited Arches, Canyonland, Dead Horse and the Salt Flat Rec Area. Kent was a fantastic host who always got back to me in minutes and even accommodated a last minute late checkout. The kitchen was well equipped, the rooms were comfortable, the living room was cozy (the TVs had Google Chromecast too!), and the backyard porch has a grill and table. There's a communal pool in the neighborhood complex. If you're a dog owner, there was a grassy area behind the property for their business.
