Our townhome features two fireplaces - one in the Main Living space and one in the Master Bedroom, a roof top deck, perfect for enjoying the iconic red rock views and views of the surrounding La Sal mountains, and a back patio nestled into the natural red rock landscape. Our townhome is all about its central location which provides ideal access to all of the area attractions - National Parks, mountain biking and hiking trails, OHV trails and one-of-a-kind scenery. This residence features a fully-stocked kitchen, two gas fireplaces, dining room and a roof top deck with amazing views! The back patio is nestled naturally in the red rocks. While climbing is dangerous, get your insta-worthy videos and photos while taking in the natural beauty of the setting :) Guests will love the southwest style, unique art work, and custom built log furniture featured throughout the townhome. The layout and bed configuration is perfect for two families to share or multiple couples. Each large bedroom has its own dedicated/attached bathroom. That's right, 3 master suites! The home has the perfect configuration for multiple families or groups. Prepare meals together in the fully equipped kitchen and dine with ample seating inside or outside on the large patio. Enjoy outstanding views throughout the home and especially from the 2nd floor patio. The space was great for us. Each pair had their own bathroom, the kitchen is well equipped and laundry facilities are on site. We especially liked having two different patio areas to relax and stargaze in the evenings. The garage is a nice feature for folks traveling with bikes or other toys you don't want to leave outside unattended. Plenty of space for everyone and very comfortable. Appreciated the well stocked kitchen with coffee and filters, sample sized soaps, shampoos for the baths, etc. Management was also quickly responsive ti a couple questions we had. Only thing I’d request would be for a slightly later check out time, and we felt the cleaning fee was high compared to other properties we’ve used. All in all a lovely, peaceful place to end your day after hiking around the parks. ##### James B. Reviewer Comments: The staff I worked with was exceptional. They helped me save money, make arrangements, and kept me very informed. The downside though, In the Utah, in the middle of the desert, the ac was on the fritz. I think there is room to be a bit more diligent on those matters in order to stay ahead of the issues. Do they do monthly walk through? Technicians to check up twice a year? When you sleep poorly, it brings down the entire vacation. This group has room to improve.
