The house was as advertised, clean, spacious and comfortable. The house was perfect! We particularly enjoyed the spaciousness, garage access, the huge driveway, and the hot tub. Location was within walking distance of restaurants and shops. There were so many great details/ additions: fold out mattresses for kids, extra blankets, plenty of paper towels and dish soap, bikes, a hot tub! It was really nice for our family. Quiet in evenings and easy access to multiple trails (especially Kane creek rd). This was our first visit to Moab and this property was the perfect choice for us to do and see everything we wanted. We loved the location as we could walk to the restaurants and shops and easily drive to Arches, Canyonland and other area attractions. We loved the quiet location and took full advantage of the outdoor patio and hot tub each evening. We stayed three nights before heading to Kanab, but wish we could have stayed longer. From bikes in the garage, snacks on the welcome plate, all the appliances, hot tub, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, detergent, smart TVs, ample extra towels, blankets and pillows, folding chairs to sit in garage after a day of riding etc… Location was great, service was wonderful. This location is clean and safe, has easy bike storage, and is very central to the trails we rode. Hot tub was clean and in order. The grill was clean and ready to cook on. The house was nicely furnished with everything we needed. We were able to park three full-size trucks and a trailer.
