This nicely furnished home has a fully equipped kitchen, HDTV in all 3 of the bedrooms, two nightstands in each bedroom, and a 60 inch smart TV in the living area. Enjoy the gas fireplace in the living room while watching HD Smart Direct satellite TV or enjoy a movie on the Blue Ray player. WiFi is provided. The Community pool and hot tub are generally open from April through October. They may be closed because of wind, weather or maintenance. We can't guarantee availability as it is controlled by HOA management. King Master Suite with en suite bathroom has a king bed with a fabulous view toward the east of the majestic La Sal Mountains. The en suite bathroom has 2 sinks and a spa like double shower. This room comes nicely equipped with high end furnishings and a 40 inch Smart HDTV. Queen Master Suite with en suite bathroom is well appointed with high end furnishings. Enjoy the 55 inch Smart HDTV and Blue Ray player and the privately accessed patio with a view of the Moab Rim. 3rd guest bedroom has a queen bed, HDTV and also comes nicely furnished with a view of the Moab Rim. After Moab, come stay at our new Beach condo on Siesta Key, Florida just a 20 minute drive from Sarasota Bradenton airport (SRQ). This was a great home in a quiet neighborhood. It had enough space for our family, but it was cozy enough that we still felt we were together. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed, plus more. The garage was perfect for our vehicles, and there was an extra spot to park outside off the street. The hot tub was fantastic!The owners were swift to respond before and during our visit. The views from the house and the surrounding neighborhood are unmatched! The only issue we had with our stay is the lack of privacy from the back patio / hot tub. We are a family of four, and used the hot tub daily. Our kids absolutely loved it. But the hot tub has immediate neighbors behind it, and two of the sides face the neighboring houses / side streets. And we have done vacation rentals exclusively for about 7 years. It was like walking into someone's home that you were borrowing. Beds were comfy with nice linens. Can't think of anything I would change or suggest. It was perfect for us and the other 2 couples that came with us to enjoy the amazing UTV riding. Very spacious, clean and we loved the layout and the furnishings. Great view of the La Sal's and beautiful sunsets. Conveniently located. Lovely home will all the needed items in the kitchen, and was actually better than the photo's! Everything was very clean, beds were comfortable, nice towels and bathroom amenities! The house was fully furnished making it super easy to cook and serve for a large group. The house was in great shape and the bedrooms were exactly what we needed. There really was nothing lacking. The bathrooms were well stocked with some basic necessities, the kitchen had everything we needed and the place was immaculate. Good location and great views.
