This NORTH SIDE listing offers 2 full kitchens (one on the main floor and one in the basement), laundry facilities, outdoor patio and a covered deck to relax outside and BBQ. Off street parking available for up to 4 vehicles and garage can be utilized to store bikes or recreation equipment. We are ideal for family getaways, retreats, or multi-family vacations. We have 4 bedrooms: 3 with Queen beds, including one master with an attached bathroom, one with 2 twin/twin bunk beds. 3.5 bathrooms. Basement has an additional set of twin/twin bunk beds, along with a separate full kitchen and living room for your use. You have exclusive access to the North Side of the duplex, which includes a private fenced backyard. Garage and driveway is shared between both sides of the home. Max of 12 guests and 4 cars per reservation allowed. Garage is available for your recreational equipment and includes laundry facilities. Additional laundry also in the basement of the home. Each guest is given a personalized entry code for their reservation. You may self-check-in any time after 4pm unless prior arrangements are made. We can be reached in the event any questions arise during your stay! In quiet neighborhood toward the top of a hill. Great views of the red rocks of Moab from all sides of the home. There is a strict noise ordinance in Moab which requires all outdoor activity to cease at 10:00 pm. Thank you for complying with this ordinance. Close proximity to many desirable destinations! Reach the middle of town in a 3 minute drive, Colorado River Road 4 minutes, Visitor's Center of Arches National Park 5 minutes, Canyonlands National Park in 30 minutes, & Needles area of Canyonlands National Park is 45 minutes from the house. This listing is for the NORTH SIDE half of a duplex. The whole home can be rented, if you would like to inquire about renting both sides together, please see our other listings. Neighboring properties are private property and will be considering trespassing if guests overflow, property to the south of the home is very strict on this. Garbage pick up is on Wednesdays, please do not block dumpster on garbage day. Right as we walked in the house, we were pleasantly surprised at how nice everything was! The kitchen has every appliance you would need for your convenience, and there is room to spread out for everyone! The beds were nice and comfortable. We loved the patio and even took advantage of the grill and cooked up some chicken. When we couldn't go outside because of a sandstorm, there were plenty of activities for us and our 3 girls (ages 12; 10 and 7) to entertain ourselves. Movies; games; books; etc. We would definitely stay here again! It was also in a convenient location; right down the street from downtown Moab, and the red rock mountain backdrop was awesome! We spent the first 4 days in Moab and we were so glad we chose this home to start our adventure. We rented both sides for a group of 14 - 6 kids and 8 adults. It was more than enough room - there were supposed to be 19 of us so that is why both sides were rented . But it worked out great- plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The home: both sides were very nice and kitchens were well equipped. Owners were easy to work with and generally responded within 24 hours to emails and /or texts. We have been renting VRBO homes now for a number of years for our family vacations (#'s from 14- 22) and this one is very strongly recommended by all the family. We had 20 family members so we used both halves of the house. and did not feel crowded. It is minutes from downtown Moab which is also as close as you can get to the parks, Location is one of the reasons we chose this house. The houses are very well equipped. We have rented other houses which were skimpy on plates, pots and pans. Not this retreat house as it have everything we needed and more. Beds were comfortable. Lot of parking spaces. Everyone enjoyed the house. The house is very clean and very well maintained, it has a lot of room and it is at a perfect location. Arches National park is only 10 minutes away and Canyonland National park is also not too far. In two of the three nights we stayed, we saw deer in the backyard around dinner time. Gas and grocery are very close. We find everything that we need and the owners are very helpful. Cleanliness and space was a most needed concern.There were about 30-35 of us and there was oodles of space for all of us. We were happy there were a lot of beds and we were very happy to find the third fridge. The washer and dryers were very appreciated. The patio out back was a real plus and the shade was a welcome sight during activities on the patio.The grass added so much enjoyment for little people's feet running about. The RETREAT was close to downtown and scenic views which made it very nice and accommodating. I didn't hear any complaints other than the people next door to the right who were none too friendly and my son did say that the fan in his room was real wobbily (downstairs on the north)and in need of repair. Our master bedroom did not have a fan and we think it would be needed in each upstairs bedroom and especially as the summer heat beats down. By the way, I am returning a round Pyrex dish that we accidentally took home. I will be sending it UPS--where do I send it and to whom? I think we will consider rebooking again in the future. The house is big and beautiful with plenty of space to spread out and enjoy. its the perfect place to relax after exploring all Moab has to offer. We are a small outdoor club from New Mexico, and love coming to Moab in late fall for a weekend of hiking and biking. The options for both are almost unlimited, starting with the Hidden Valley and Behind the Rocks country just above the house. Our parties have filled both sides of the house, and there is plenty of room for both couples and singles. The house is comfortable and well-equipped, reasonably close to downtown Moab, but not too close, now that Moab has become such a busy destination. Beds are comfortable (every upstairs bedroom on the south side has a queen bed). We are ready to come back again - there are many places still to explore! ##### Bill P. We rented the whole north side and there was plenty of space for our extended family of 12\. Lots of room, clean, easy to get to, close to everything. We loved the back deck and even had a bbq a couple nights. Our kids loved playing in the gated backyard. The owners were incredibly kind and helpful. We had to reschedule our trip due to health problems and they were very accommodating. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in Moab. ##### Jenny J. With a mix of couples and singles, all the rooms and variety of spaces made it PERFECT! We could have as much togetherness or privacy as we wanted or needed. The setting was terrific and the owners truly thought of everything! There are plenty of linens, the kitchen is well-stocked (check the cupboards before you shop... some left you spices!), and the furnishings are very comfy. We cooked indoors and out. The table on the balcony was large enough for all of us. Hmmm, did they 'schedule' the deer to wander by in the mornings? We couldn't have asked for nicer accommodations! We're already thinking of other events we can plan in the Moab area and how many we can plan to bring along. I run a youth group and this house is always a highlight. The beds are very comfortable with fresh clean linen, the house is kept really clean and the kitchen well stocked with all the utensils equipment and towels you could want. The owners are wonderful people and will help you in any way you need.
