I would say the only downside is if you intend to spend a lot of time at the condo, there isn't a great outdoor area. We didnt come to Moab to hang out at our place, so it was fine for us. It had a nicely stocked kitchen with a much utilized washer and dryer. We were on the go most of the time so this unit was a great place to end our action packed day, and either enjoy our take-out or grab a quick shower before collapsing into bed. The beds were comfy, the unit was well stocked with provisions for laundry, dishwasher and toilet paper. The unit is entirely tile floor so sound absorption is not optimal - being from the East coast with kids that like to sleep in a bit, made is mildly challenging to keep the noise down in the morning so they could catch a few extra minutes of sleep. But all in all, we were very happy with our experience and would definitely rent from Tyler and Hannah again! ##### lisa d.
