Pool, hot tub & fenced yard with BBQ Hello! This is our only vacation rental, and our goal is for each guest to feel at home here. We are world travelers ourselves and we cater to discerning guests who expect the best. Our 1500 sq. ft cottage exudes quality comfort, to include a giant 70" 4K Smart TV with satellite service, huge dining table that can seat 8 with three more at the breakfast bar, luxury mattresses in every room, tasteful leather and finely upholstered furnishings , and all that you will need to relax and enjoy a memorable time with family and friends. Four bedrooms (3 with walk-in closets) provide plenty of privacy while the open living room and dining area allows for a large gathering. Covered front porch with breathtaking views, the back patio with BBQ and private fenced in backyard will provide you many relaxing options. Our neighborhood is a little gem: it is safe, small, and immaculate. The pool and hot tub are just a 1-2 minute walk away and only serve our neighborhood. It is serviced daily and is family-friendly. We provide clean pool towels for you so you don't have to pack them. There is plenty of parking with a 2-car garage, double driveway, plus parking on the street in front of the house and in a spillover lot at the end of the short block. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you will need, except the food. We provide all the bathroom supplies you will need including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, etc. Laundry equipment and supplies are in the garage. The place was very nice and had just about everything we need. We couldn't get the main tv to work with our Dish Anywhere account, but the smaller one in the master bedroom did, so it still worked well. Communication was very timely and the helpful. Nice decor. Kitchen is well equipped with coffee pot, fridge, pots and pans. Comfotable couch and chairs. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for our group of 5 adults. The owner was nice enough to call Canyonlands for me to find out if they had wi-fi because I had a meeting scheduled for when we'd be up in that area. It was above and beyond; and they did have wifi at the Visitors Center. ##### Christine W. My family of 7 people (including my older parents, 6-year old, and 3-year old) had plenty of space and comforts throughout. We could really tell that the owners keep guests in mind with their attention to details. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking supplies, the bath towels and linens are high quality, the furniture is high-end, and the house is beautifully decorated. We really enjoyed the hot tub a short distance away, the private fenced-in backyard, the laundry area, and the comfortable common area. This was the perfect base camp for exploring Arches and Canyonlands! We hope to return one day! ##### Augusta G. The home had more than necessary to make our trip enjoyable. The reason for the 4 star is because the girls (7 of us) in our group said that the beds weren't amazing and the frames even worse. We were there for a 3 day trail race and sleep was the most important factor for all of us. The king bed was fine and very comfortable, but the rest were something to be desired. Also, we had a hard time accessing the hot tub at the community site. The code would not work and luckily there were people there to let us in. ##### Marianne B. It has 4 bedrooms with comfortabel beds. The MBR has an en-suite bathroom, there is a well stocked practical kitchen, the garage is available and a large family size sofa to enjoy watching TV after a long day in the car or out in The Arches. Also access to the community pool to cool down (this summertime temperatures are brutal!). We enjoyed sitting outside in the front of the house with views on the mountain range and we also had a BBQ dinner in the backyard. All in all, a very pleasant stay! Thank you! ##### Tamar K. The house was super clean, private and in a great neighborhood and had plenty of space for me and other travelers to spread out. She has the home fully stocked with everything that’s needed and it really felt like home. The two garage was perfect for our car, bike trailer and bikes. The photos truly don’t capture just how beautiful the home is in person. Once you walk in you could tell how much love and care the owner puts into the small details and simple yet amazing details. Check in was very easy and Jini was prompt to respond to my questions and even made sure to ask if we got in okay from our long drive. I have stayed at a lot of vrbos in the past and this was by far the best. Thank you Jini for opening up your home to vrbo! There was dust coving the baseboards, several bugs, the refrigerator made a clicking noise, no fans in the bedrooms, several mattresses needed replacing. On a positive note, the snacks left on the table was a nice surprise. Master bed was comfy, and the extra bed in the bunk bed room was comfy. Backyard was cute. Living room was cozy and comfy. Having access to a washer and dryer was nice as well. The owner was quick to answer my text and allowed us an early check in, which was very nice! I give this home a 3 star rating, but a good cleaning, bug spray, and air freshener would have made it a 4 star review. Replacing the bunk beds and queen bed is a necessity! ##### melissa n. The house is gorgeous, and was extremely clean and well-stocked with all the amenities you could need. The owners are extremely responsive and caring, and even dropped off extra coffee grounds for us. We loved the quiet and safe neighborhood, easy access to Moab, Canyonlands, and Arches, and private garage parking.
