This place was fantastic. We had 12 people. 6 adults, 6 kids. Rooms were great. Cleanliness was as good as I’ve ever seen in a rental. Really nice. It is extremely spacious and well appointed. Our group of 8 had an amazing time. The management company and host were extremely responsive and reached out to make sure everything was perfect. The garage has a bike stand, cable locks, and some bike tools. It's not a pros set up, but it's enough to do most bike repairs. The hosts were also very responsive and cordial with any query. Kitchen has what we needed and we had plenty of space for our group of ten. This property is on the outside edge of the complex so we’re didn’t think to go to the pool as it wasn’t as convenient as the properties that open up right to it. House was clean and well appointed, including a sturdy blow up twin mattress and an extra twin mattress under one of the bunk beds. Also, includes lots of kitchen extras like a griddle, toaster, crock pot, etc. Location is great- on the north end of town close to Arches, less than a mile to shops and restaurants, 0.5 miles to Rec center and playground. The units were great, enough bedding for all, well stocked with pots/pans/dishes, pool towels etc. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool after our hikes. It is only about 10 min to the entrance. Home is fairly new and very nice. Perfect for a family. Well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds, towels and linens, etc. Gas grill on the back porch was great. Extremely quiet and peaceful as well. Property manager was very communicative and checked in to ensure all was well after our arrival. We did not use the bikes given our short stay but a family with children would really enjoy them.
