The Space:

This luxury 3-Bedroom, 2.5 Bath condo is located in Rim Vistas with access to basketball, tennis, a pool and a hot tub. You’ll love the vaulted ceilings and spacious bi-level layout.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and cookware. Full appliances include gas range, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, built-in microwave.



No pets are allowed in this unit. If you’d like to bring a pet with you, please enquire about Moab Lodging Holiday Rentals' wide variety of pet-friendly options.



Cancellations will result in a minimum $45 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival carry up to a 50% cancellation fee, and cancellations within 2 days of arrival carry up to a 100% cancellation fee.



Pricing for your holiday rental is determined on a number of factors, including length of stay and party size. Please be sure to submit an accurate party size so that we can generate the correct quote, and so we can make sure you are properly accommodated during your stay. You will need to continue to the booking area, and input your party size, in order to receive an accurate quote.



Guest Access:

All of our units utilise self check-in procedures. You will receive instructions for locating your unit and gaining entrance through your Airbnb portal as well as via email, once booked. All of our units have either a lock-box by the front door or digital locks on the doors.



The Area:

Moab is your gateway to adventure. Our famous national parks, Arches and Canyonlands, are just a short drive away. Hiking, Biking, Rafting, and Off-roading are all accessible from Moab.



Getting Around:

You will want a car to get you to all our wonderful outdoor activities. We have properties located right in city centre that are walking distance to our stores and restaurants. We also have properties located just minutes from city centre that will give you closer access to the golf course, trails, etc.



Other Things to Note:

Check-in is at 4:00 PM. Checkout is at 10:00 AM. Please don't try to attempt to access your unit prior to 4:00 PM. Our housekeepers need time to make the units as nice as possible for you.

You can call us with any questions. We're just minutes away, but we won't bother you unless you need us.
