The house felt very homey and had everything we needed. There is a firepit and patio area to enjoy the sunset and sunrise. Directly next to it is a tennis court and a pool to cool after a long day of hiking. The washer and dryer were awesome, allowing us to catch up on laundry after days of vacation. We enjoyed the entire condo. We had three slight issues,…the bedding on one of the beds was not clean, we lost our Internet for a while and had to have maintenance come and repair some equipment in order to be able to use it again, and there were very noisy neighbors outside at 4:30 in the morning and they woke us up. The fireplace was lovely after long winter hikes in arches and the kitchen had everything we needed. Also we traveled with our two kids and they loved that the upstairs had their own TV sitting room. It gave them a place to hang out and watch whatever they wanted. The hone was also only 10 minutes from arches and very close to all of the restaurants and stores in downtown Moab.
