Our 3-Bedroom, 2.5 Bathroom Rim Village Vista townhome (Unit 8a3) is conveniently located just 6 miles from downtown Moab. It's location provides ideal access to mountain biking and hiking trails, 4-wheel driving excursions, Arches N.P. and Canyon Lands N.P. It features outstanding views out every window including the sandstone domes of the Mill Creek Area and the La Sal Mountains.

The home is beautifully decorated with comfortable furnishings throughout. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for you to prepare group/family meals. There is plenty of seating at the dining room table and kitchen bar. The private enclosed patio is the perfect place to relax with your favorite beverage after a long day of adventuring or early morning cup of freshly roasted local coffee (provided!). There is plenty of outdoor seating and a gas grill is provided.

Avoid the traffic and noise of downtown! The Rim Village Vista development offers private, quiet and beautifully landscaped adobe townhomes with walkable streetscape and amenities like the community pool (heated late March - late October), hot tubs (heated year round), tennis court and playground. There is plenty of green, open space to walk your dog and for the kids to play!

The large 2 car garage is perfect to safely store your Jeep, ATVs, bikes and other gear inside. There is also room for 2 more cars in the driveway and plenty of off street parking for trailers, etc. A bike repair stand is available for use along with an assortment of tools for cyclists to keep their bikes in top shape for epic Moab riding!

Cyclists and Street Legal ORV’s can ride from the condo via Spanish Valley Drive and access many of Moab’s most popular trails without having to ride on Hwy 191 or trailer your vehicles. Parking is plentiful and easy. Bring your trailers, trucks and extra vehicles!

We stayed here for three nights while visiting Moab. It is outside of the busier main area of Moab, but an easy drive to get to restaurants, etc. We visited Canyonlands and Arches while here and it was perfect. Besides being in a condo group, the area was quiet and everything was comfortable.

Great place to stay. Condo was clean and very comfortable. Pool and hot tub close by. We went in early September so not too crowded. Moab was 10 minutes away with plenty of restaurants and local craft stores. Also close to Arches and Canyonlands.

Great location just out of town. Unit was just as described and very clean. It's nice that they provided a welcome kit of basic necessities. The garage was convenient to pull in and out of. We would stay here again when in Moab for the weekend.

We truly enjoyed this property! The owners have done a great job making it cozy and welcoming. The kitchen had everything we needed, it was super clean and the staff was kind and responsive to all of our questions. We loved it so much, we already plan to stay again, it's like a home away from home.

Went up to Moab for EJS as we do every year. We booked early this year and couldn’t be happier. Great kitchen and appliances, big living room and great bedrooms. Perfect 2 car garage too for those looking to off-road. Plenty of street room for a trailer as well. We will definitely be back.

Great condo in a great location. Plenty of room for all with 3 good size bedrooms. The only suggestion I’d have to make it better would be upgrade the BBQ and get some nice patio furniture for both patios. Would definitely rent again on our next trip to Moab!

We stayed here for 11 days. Condo is great and well equipped. All bedrooms are upstairs but we were very comfortable here. Moab is only 4 miles up the road. Great access for Arches NP and Canyonlands NP. Rented a great jeep from Cliffhanger just up the road and had a fun day with that. Also enjoyed the paved bike trail on the north side of town.

It is very nice and almost brand new and it had everything you could want. You can se the La Sal mountains from the bedroom and the living room. We would recommend this home 100%.

We have a 4 seater SxS that easily fit in the garage and the truck might have fit in there next to it, we never tried. The townhouse was very comfortable. It could have used some attention to details regarding a few things, but I addressed those with the property manager and it sounded as those issues were going to be addressed immediately. The property manager was wonderful and always quick to respond. I do plan to return to this home on my next trip to Moab.

POSITIVES: - Convenient to Moab, just a few miles down the road - Very clean when we arrived (even the garage!) - Beds were comfortable - Plenty of space for 2 couples, would be great for a family. - Furniture & appliances in good condition - A few essentials in the cabinets, and loved the local coffee beans - Washer/Dryer worked great - It was a bit chilly when we visited so did not try out the pool or hot tub, and did not use the patio furniture out front for a meal. They all looked nice. NEGATIVES: - Don't have any negatives, it was just what we were looking for - One suggestion would be to put a dimmer switch on the light over the dining table....minor detail. COMMENTS: - The front porch and master do have a nice view. You can't really use the upper patio off the master because it says no furniture is allowed out there. - The property faces the main street coming into the neighborhood. This means there is always a truck with trailer parked right out front. It's great if you towing, but may be a bit surprising if you are not. Property description does not mention that. - This did not bother us as everyone was very respectful. This is Moab after all and part of the vibe. There was no loud noise late at night or early in the morning that disturbed us. Not only is this a great place to stay in Moab, it is also a great value. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
