The hot tub is expected to open over President's Day weekend/Feb 13th. The pool is scheduled to open in late March/early April. Please see the pool and hot tub schedule and hours below. Why Book with Us? \- We are local in Moab. We live here and know the area well!- No hidden fees! We don't tack on extra unnecessary booking fees. \- We are highly familiar with the Moab area and can provide recommendations on tours, hikes, adventures, food and more! \- We have been in business for over 20 years and have been a trusted host for 1000+ travelers to Moab. 3 Bedroom Townhome. The master bedroom is on the main level and has a king size bed and en suite full bathroom. Upstairs you'll find the two additional bedrooms and a loft. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, Bedroom 3 has two twin beds and the loft has a sleeper sofa and TV. The upstairs bathroom has a tub/shower combo. There is a half bathroom on the first floor. Newer 3 bedroom townhome located in Rim Village Vista, 5 miles south of downtown Moab. The development is very popular with vacationers and offers a pool, hot tub, playground and tennis / basketball court. This townhome has a fully equipped kitchen to help save you money and the 3 bedrooms and loft area will give plenty of space for everyone. The double car garage is great for storing your toys and there is additional parking on the street next to the townhome. All bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, and pool towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with the most common utensils, cookware, and small appliances. Dish soap, dishwasher soap, dish scrub, and paper towels are provided. Each townhome has hand soap in the bathrooms and toilet paper. Due to specific allergies, please bring your choice of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap for your stay. Washer and dryers are located in the unit and are free of charge. (Laundry detergent is provided.) There is a regular coffee maker in the unit and coffee filters are provided. Please bring the coffee of your choice! Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. Property management company, Makenna's Gold Rentals is local in Moab. Pool & Hot Tub Schedule: In the event that the pool or hot tub has to be closed due to maintenance or weather related issue, we are unable to provide refunds, as these amenities are managed by the HOA and are outside of our control. Hot Tub Schedule: Hot Tub will close for the season: December 1, 2025 Hot Tub will re-open: Friday Feb. 14th, 2026 (the Friday of Presidents Day weekend) Open: Feb 14th – Mar 2026: 1pm-9pm Open: Mar 2026 - Oct 2026- 10am-9pm Open: Oct 2026 – Jan 2, 2027- 1pm-9pm \*Hot tub is usually closed Jan 2-Feb 14th Pool Schedule: Last Day Pool is Open: Sunday Oct. 26th Pool Hours: 10am-9pm daily when open \*\*Pool is open weather permitting. Usually a large group of friends so the bedroom configuations work out great. This unit is convenient and at the front of the property. Great parking for large trailers and trucks too next to the unit. This units garage is a bit strange with not a lot of space in front of it due to the other units. Only the garage is where the vehicle can sit otherwise over 2 Jeeps or cars need to park on the street. Unit is clean and has all the amenities of home to make it easy to be at home there. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here for four days, just two of us. Sparkling clean, plenty of room, and gorgeous views. It's a little trip to downtown Moab, about 5 miles, and another 5 to Arches, but that was the only draw back. Kitchen was very well stocked with decent equipment. Decor was just right, not too much stuff sitting around so we had room to put our own stuff. Garage worked great, and although the condo is near a major road, it was quiet. Our few interdictions with management involved a couple of questions, and Nicole was very helpful. ##### Lynne C. Reviewer Comments: We’ve been to this development a couple of times, and had hoped we’d found a unit with a view. The photos are a little misleading as they look like they were taken before development happened around this unit. There was very little privacy with a street outside and trucks parked on it. They need some bottom up blinds to keep the view of the mountain skyline and block out vehicles and houses. ##### William S. Reviewer Comments: This townhouse was perfect for our group. Very clean, good bedding, very well equipped with kitchen supplies. The outdoor grill igniter switch does not work so at the last minute I had to prepare our food on the stovetop. The next day I found a firestarter that I could have used to start the grill.Great location for our needs. Lots of atv's that week in our location.The property was well maintained,could use more soap in the shower,will bring our own next time.
