Management was very responsive when we had an issue. Our unit was located on the bottom level (which didn't look like it by the photo but there was a disclaimer). So it was right next to the hot tub and pool. So there was very little privacy and a lot of noise. The upstairs unit was also very noisy. You could hear all the footsteps. The beds were ok.
