This hotel also provides free shuttle to Miyama village and kinkakuji. Bus stops and Subway are not far away. They help to ship luggages. We are very happy to stay in this hotel when we came to Kyoto. Definitely will book it again next time when we come to Kyoto. A big thanks to all the staff. Easy bus nearby to the Arashiyama Monkey Park and Bamboo Forrest. You can rent a boat to row across from the monkey park to the bamboo forests, which was a great extra surprise. Staff recommended a great restaurant / hibachi style all you can eat. At the end of our stay, we needed to store our luggage for the day, and they were amazing and had a huge space for this at the other location around the corner. Super easy.
