I wished they had air condition in the common aisle area as the weather can get very hot (the room, kitchen area had good air conditioning). Also we had guest complaining about any noises as you really had to open/close door quietly etc...and some guests the very last day was very noisy until 3am in the morning while the door of the rooms, youi could hear everything. It is extremely close to Aoshima, you can walk there. Our group of four stayed in a single room with two bunk beds. Each of us got a bed, bedding was assembled by the customers. (i.e. placing the pillow cover and futon on the bedding yourself). The pillow was mesh and very uncomfortable. The bathrooms were clean, but one of the showers did not have hot water. The main room to gather in is stylish, overall it is a tight space for a lot of people.
