Perfect location, close to everything especially the airport. Nice and clean friendly staff and rooms were modern with all the amenities. Love everything about it.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Room was clean but as a Westerner, the beds are too had an uncomfortable and the pillows are flat. TVs should be updated where customers can BlueTooth to the TV for streaming (not everyone speaks Japanese or wants to watch Japanese television). Shower head/water pressure feels like you are being pelted with needles. Dryer function on washing machine does not work well so be prepared to air dry which takes a long time. Otherwise, very centrally located and we completely enjoyed our stay.

お部屋の広さ等は問題ないが、とにかく虫( おそらくヤスデ)がめちゃくちゃ出ました… 3泊中15匹くらい出ました。 あとはタオルは母が有料という案内がなく、もらいに行ったらお部屋の洗濯機で洗って下さいと言われ乾かないので有料で支払いました。 チェックイン時に案内ほしかったー。 子供の遊び場やコーヒーお茶水はドリンクバーがあったのはとっても良かったです！

宮古島初旅行で5泊しました。 ホテルは綺麗でとても良かったです！ 住むような旅行で来たので、今回はコンドミニアム型でどんな感じかと思ってましたが、清潔で良かったです！ また、駐車場も直ぐ近くなので、直ぐな海に出発も出来てとても良いです！ ただ、南国特有の虫はちっちゃい虫が出てくるので、虫に過敏な人は、一般的なホテルの方がおすすめかも知れません。 立地も便利で、観光拠点にはおススメなホテルです。

9日間の滞在でしたが洗濯機、浴室乾燥、２口コンロ、レンジ、トースター、生活するには問題無い設備でした。9日間で１度の掃除しか入らない為モップはあったのですが掃除機も有れば尚良かったです。

モダンでキッチン、洗濯機、風呂場の乾燥機など完備してて良かったです。繁華街からちょっと遠いのが難点。ホテル内での食べ物のサービスは、カタログには記載されてますが、無い模様？ 後、繁華街から離れてるから、自転車の貸し出しを辞めては困りますよ。出来れば電動自転車にして欲しい。

８泊したのですが１回清掃が入りました。部屋も清潔でタオルの予備も引き出しにあり部屋の外にもいつでも不足分をフロントまで取りに行かなくて良いようにアメニティも置いてあり良かったです。ただ、３人で泊まったのでソファーをベットとして使ったのでテレビがソファーベットの人しか見れず、ダイニングで食べてるときもテレビは音声だけ聞いてる感じになってしまったのが少し残念でした。でも８泊快適に過ごせました。

部屋の中に設置されたゴミ箱近くの床が汚れていたことと、隣室の声や音が気になりましたが、受付の女性のスタッフの方たちにはとても気持ちよく対応していただけて、快適に過ごせました。 場所も凄く便な位置ですので、池間島にも、伊良部島にも、東平安名岬にも、どこにでもすぐに行けます。 また、大型のドラッグストアが徒歩圏なので、何も困りません。

今回の旅行で初めて宿泊させて頂きました。飛行機の遅延で1泊キャンセルになりましたが、スタッフの方がとても親切にしてくれました。お部屋も綺麗でしたし、また行く機会があったらお世話になりたいです。

この春、小学2年生になる息子と2人旅で1週間お世話になりました。 スタッフさんはいつもにこやかで親切にしていただきました。 キッズルームやコーヒーをいただけるスペースもあり、またお部屋の機能が素晴らしく(特に洗濯機と浴室乾燥機♪)長期滞在には凄く助かりました。 ありがとうございました(^^)
