The assistant manager, Mr. Yamada went above and beyond along with the staff to ensure we had a special table by the window at our desired time regardless of super-booked reservations. My sister was delighted and made her a special memory that would stay forever. The hotel staff know how to provide surprise and delight to customers."

The location was awesome, close to everything - restaurants, shopping, sightseeing etc. the breakfast was like nothing I’ve seen before with fish, chicken, rice, soup, eggs etc. you’ll not go hungry. "The location of the hotel was convenient. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We had two room, one room had a massage chair and the other, the beds reclined with a push of a button. There laundry room was clean and the washer and dryer worked great. The pastries from the bakery were fresh and delicious. The staff were wonderful! They were kind, helpful and sooo nice. When we left the owner walked us to the door and stood there waving and watching us till we arrived to the entrance of the port, he bowed at us and waved one final time. I highly recommend staying here. "
