Room was big, bed comfortable but our experience was tainted by the fact our luggage delivery wasn’t done properly and none of the two staff confirmed a date, emailed us after we checked out to tell us that not only the luggage was still at the hotel (I have it to them the day before in the hope of receiving it at the next hotel 48hrs later…) I was offered to send it straight to the airport but refused a refund or compensation for the stress + the fact that I had to buy clothes as I was left with no luggage for for 2 days which I find disappointing. Other than that, hotel is located in a good spot, bath was enjoyable and comfy , bed very comfy and we didn’t have any cleanliness issues. Our room had a lovely view, we loved that we could use our Netflix and other services on the TV.
