This property is right besides the ski lift and also features a great restaurant. We ate there almost everyday and the food and service were excellent. The parking garage makes life easier, especially in the winter. We would have given it 5 stars but while the apartment was nice and clean, it is in desperate need of some fresh paint and upgrades. A starter set and towels were provided but you also have to make sure you bring your own stuff, including toilet paper for stays more than a day. There was no hair dryer, which was disappointing since we usually don’t bring one when traveling overseas. Wij zaten er een paar dagen in de zomer, leuke wandelingen mogelijk en het restaurant ernaast is leuk met vriendelijk personeel. Onze aankomst tijd was ongeveer 15:40\. Vervolgens maar het nummer gebeld. Uit eindelijk wel de sleutel gekregen. Na een paar dagen vroegen we ons af hoe het nou zat met de handdoeken service. Dat moest je dus online contact op zoeken met (ALPS housekeeping.at) Vervolgens het formulier ingevuld. Geen bevestiging ontvangen in de mail. Maar ja zou vast wel gewoon goed zijn. Dag veder nog niks nogmaals ingevuld en weer een dag veder. Toch maar dan het nummer bellen van de (alps housekeeping) en wordt eerst opgenomen maar geen gehoor. Dan maar een 2e en dan voicemail vervolgens nog een aantal keren gebeld steeds voicemail. Uit eindelijk kwam er toevallig een medewerker aanrijden. Daar maar aangevraagd. Die heeft me vervolgens wel handdoeken gegeven. Er zit overigens ook nooit iemand bij de receptie. En voor de mensen die dit lezen en willen verblijven in dit gebied. Neem een accommodatie waar de (nationale summercard ) bij zit dat scheeld wel wat geld als je met de gondels naar boven wilt. Die Ausstattung der Küche könnte besser sein. Leider war der Holzfußboden so aufgeriffelt, dass man regelmäßig Splitter bekam, sobald man kurz sockig ohne Hausschuhe lief. Het appartement is niet heel ... Fijn en comfortabel appartement op een toplocatie. Het appartement is niet heel groot, maar prima ingericht voor 4 personen (ik kan me voorstellen dat het met 6 personen wat krapper zou kunnen zijn). Er was ook ruim voldoende servies, bestek, pannen en ander keukengerei. De bedden liggen goed. Het 2-persoonsbed was erg comfortabel: 1 Van ons slaapt graag op een stevig matras en de ander op een zacht matras, en we lagen allebei heerlijk. De sauna doet het uitstekend, deze wordt snel goed warm. Het appartement heeft een mooi balkon met uitzicht en balkonmeubilair. De geluidsisolatie is prima, wij hoorden zo goed als niets van de andere appartementen. De receptie is bijzonder vriendelijk. De locatie is geweldig voor wintersporters (en ik denk ook voor rustzoekers en voor wie een actieve zomervakantie wil): In de bergen, direct aan het middenstation van de kabelbaan. In de kelder bij het appartementengebouw is een verwarmde skiberging. Van daar hoef je alleen een trap op en je staat al buiten op minder dan 100 meter van de piste en de lift. Naast de lift zit ook een skiverhuur. Bij het complex zit restaurant waar je lekker kunt lunchen, dineren of een drankje kunt drinken. De bediening is top. Verder zijn er geen uitgaansgelegenheden - wij vinden dat een voordeel, het is daardoor ‘s avonds heerlijk rustig. Wie tot diep in de nacht wil uitgaan en feesten is hier niet aan het goede adres. De dichtstbijzijnde plaats, Mittersill, is het beste per auto te bereiken (ca 15 minuten rijden). Daar vind je meerdere supermarkten en andere winkels, waaronder ook (buiten)sportzaken. Broodjes kan je online bestellen. Ze worden dan ‘s ochtends vroeg bij de receptie bezorgd door de bakker. In de parkeergarage is 1 plek gereserveerd voor dit appartement. Buiten is een parkeerterrein waar je gratis kunt parkeren. Wij hebben het fantastisch gehad en komen zeker nog een keer terug. Das Ferienhaus liegt direkt neben der Kabinenbahn und einem Intersport zur Skiausleihe im Skigebiet. Die Ferienwohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet mit Sauna, Badewanne, Balkon mit tollem Ausblick, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, etc. Die Küche ist toll ausgestattet. Einzig zu bemängeln sind die wenigen Ablagefächer/Abstelltische. Sonst war alles wirklich super. Tiefgarage und Restaurant gehören zum Haus. Katja am Empfang ist ein guter Ansprechpartner im Haus. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder. De locatie is top voor wandelaars, of wintersporters (vlakbij skilift) maar voor met kleine kinderen zijn de directe omliggende faciliteiten/mogelijkheden wat meer beperkt. Verder was het enige dat ons stoorde het geluid van de weg die naast het appartement ligt (drukke baan). Indien je een appartement aan de andere kant hebt heb je hier veel minder hinder van. Balkon op de derde verdieping heeft uitzicht op de piste. Mooi en veelzijdig skigebied. Restaurant beneden is erg goed. Super broodjes service (staan voor het appartement 's morgens) omdat winkels niet in de directe omgeving liggen, maar dat hebben we niet als een nadeel ondervonden. Een aanrader dus! Ausre ... In der Ferienwohnung ist alles was für Familien gebraucht wird, vorhanden. Ausreichend Platz vorhanden um einen vernünftigen Ski- Urlaub zu verbringen. Restaurant Mooralm ist über wenige Treppen zu erreichen. Der Wirt ist sehr herzlich und nett. Wir waren jeden Abend mit der Familie in der Mooralm und hatten nach dem Ski- fahren einen riesigen Spaß. Insgesamt nach 2200 Uhr ein sehr ruhiges Haus, bis dahin aber sehr Unterhaltsam. Wir kommen wieder! We werden hartelijk ontvangen en kregen een duidelijke uitle ... Aankomst was prima! We werden hartelijk ontvangen en kregen een duidelijke uitleg en rondleiding van het appartement en het complex. De accommodatie was heel fijn, erg comfortabel. Ruime badkamer met perfect werkende sauna. De bedden zijn prima en een leuk uitzicht vanaf het balkon. Je zit direct aan de pass thurn, via die weg zit je meteen op alle uitvalswegen. Er is veel te zien en te doen. Ook kun je direct vanuit het appartement mooie wandelingen maken en zit je met de lift vanaf het mittelstation zo boven waar je ook fijn kunt wandelen. Wij kijken terug op een fijne week vakantie in dit appartement!
