In the district of Kaindorf 2 km from the centre of Gröbming, 14 km from the centre of Haus im Ennstal, 20 km from the centre of Schladming, in the residential district, 10 km from the lake, 11 km from the skiing area, in the countryside. Private: large garden 700 m2 (fenced) with lawn. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis. Stepped path (5 steps) to the house. Parking (for 4 cars) on the premises, single garage at the house. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 200 m, railway station "Stein an der Enns" 15 km, outdoor swimming pool 2 km, bathing lake "Aich" 10 km. Tennis 1 km, ski lift 11 km, gondola lift 11 km, ski bus stop 50 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Hauser Kaibling 13 km.
    "Jung", 4-room house 120 m2 on 2 levels. Cosy and wooden furniture furnishings: living room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), dining table, dining nook, satellite TV and hi-fi system. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 2 beds and bath/shower/WC. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC. Underfloor heating. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed. Exit to the balcony. Shower/WC. Oil heating. Balcony, 2 terraces partly covered. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the housing units will be available for use.

Urlaub Dachstein

Waren das erste Mal in dieser Gegend zum Radeln und um auf den Dachstein zu fahren. Wetter war nicht so wie erhofft aber könnten im Umkreis von einer Stunde Autofahrt was unternehmen. Waren in Salzburg, Hinterstoder, Dachstein und den Bikepark. Alles top.

Eine Grundreinigung wäre notwendig

Die Lage ist wunderschön, und sehr ruhig .Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, es wurde an einige Stellen renoviert, schöne neue Terasse, relativ neue Küche, ABER.. Eine Grundreinigung wäre schon notwendig. Die Dichtung am Tiefkühlschrank dreckig und schimmelt, der Balkon ist voll mit Vogelkot , die Heizkörper sind voll mit Staub und Spinnweben. Die Bettwäsche und vor allem die Decken und Kissen hatten einen sehr unangenehmen Geruch. Die Matratzenschutz haben wir von viel Staub befreit.

Een leuke huis in een prachtig locatie. Heel rustig omgeving dus perfect voor ontspanning. Geweldige hikes in de beurt. Dorp is aan te lopen wat heel fijn was. Wij komen graag terug.

Zum zweiten Mal alles bestens!

Wir haben schon ein zweites Mal gebucht. Das Haus liegt ideal, abseits von Hektik und Lärm aber nahe genug an Skigebieten (Hauser Kaibling 10min, Schladming ca.15min) und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Gröbming (3min). Wald und Wiese für Hund und Spaziergang quasi direkt vor dem Haus ;-)

huis is ruim en was zeer schoon. keuken bovengemiddeld voorzien van al het noodzakelijke. Erg sfeervol dat alles centraal lijkt door het hoge dak in de living, zelfs de overloop kan je zien

Prachtige vakantiewoning

Het vakantiehuis Jung is een comfortabele woning op een schitterende locatie nabij Gröbming. Het is een ruim verblijf voor vier personen. Het terras ligt op het westen, waardoor je snel buiten kunt zitten als de zon boven de bergen komt.

Für uns das perfekter Ferienhaus

Unser Aufenthalt in Ferienhaus Jung war einfach großartig! Die Einrichtung, die Sauberkeit und die komplett ausgestattete Küche haben uns sofort überzeugt. Besonders schön waren die Abende auf die beiden Terrassen – perfekt zum Entspannen. Die ruhige Lage in der Nähe vieler Ausflugsziele war ideal. Ein Wäscheständer und ein Tablett wären ganz angenehm gewesen, ist aber jetzt kein Kritik, wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Funktional aber nicht gemütlich

Küche, Wohnzimmer und Bäder wurden renoviert. Alle Schlafzimmer dringend renovierungsbedürftig, Matratzen in Ordnung, Oberbetten nicht hygienisch da aus Daunen und wahrscheinlich schon recht alt. Sollten auch dringend erneuert werden. Ebenso die Essecke, hier wären neue Polster oder wenigstens eine Reinigung dringend nötig. Die Garderobe hat auch schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Wegen dem immer noch bestehenden Rohbau in ca.10! m Baulärm ab 7.30 Uhr .Ferienhaus ohne Charme und Gemütlichkeit.

Traumhafte Lage

Lage perfekt in ruhiger Gegend mit super Ausblick auf Berge! Großes Haus, viel Platz, modern eingerichtet, grundsätzlich gibts da nichts zu meckern. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten trotzdem angemerkt: Uns hat eine große Couch (ausziehbar) für die Gemütlichkeit am Abend gefehlt. Schade war auch, dass es für die beiden tollen Terrassen keine bequemen Sitzmöglichkeiten gab (harte "Parkbank", harte Stühle, keine Liegen), bei 29° hätten wir die gerne mehr die Terrassen gerne mehr genützt!

Tolles Ferienhaus

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in einem superschönen Ferienhaus. Das Objekt ist wie beschrieben. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Betten sind bequem. Es ist alles wie beschrieben. Wir wurden nett empfangen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne nochmal wieder.

Ferienhaus Jung

Wir waren schon das 2.mal in diesem Ferienhaus. Alles vorhanden was man braucht.Die Gegend ist fantastisch. Man kann wandern,Ski fahren. Einkaufen in der Nähe. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben uns gut erholt.
