In the district of Kranzbach 3 km from the centre of Gröbming, 14 km from the centre of Haus im Ennstal, 22 km from the centre of Schladming, in a sunny position on a slope, 11 km from the lake, 13 km from the skiing area, in the countryside. For shared use: natural state property 30 ha with meadow, courtyard, swimming pool round fenced (10 x 5 m, depth 100 - 280 cm, seasonal availability: 01. Jan. - 31. Dec.). Terrace, garden furniture. In the house: storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. In Winter: please take snow chains. Communal covered parking at the house. Tolle Unterkunft in wunderbarer Umgebung

Das geräumige, rustikale Ferienhaus bot Platz für unsere 4 Familien mit großen Zimmern und komfortablen Bädern. Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet, der Aufenthaltsraum sehr groß und gemütlich. Der Blick ins Ennstal und auf den Grimming ist einmalig. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, der Kontakt mit Ihnen war völlig unkompliziert. Wir haben schöne Tage dort genossen und können die Grimmingblickhütte nur wärmstens empfehlen.

1 Woche mit der ganzen Familie

Wir haben zum 2. Mal Urlaub in einer der beiden Blockhütten gemacht. Wieder waren wir sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft und den Besitzern, die gleich im Haus daneben auf dem Hof wohnen. Alle Räume (Schlafzimmer, Küche, Bad/Dusche) waren vorbereitet und sehr sauber. Die Gastgeber - F. und P. - äußerst sympathisch und unkompliziert, hatten bei Fragen immer ein offenes Ohr und es kam oft zu sehr netten und spontanen Gesprächen. Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert für Erwachsene und Kinder!

Wir haben die Hütte für ein Familienwochenende gebucht. Es war alles wunderbar, die Gastgeber sehe herzlich und für die Kinder natürlich alles toll, weil man auf del Bauernhof der Besitzer auch die Kühe beim Melken beobachten kann etc.

Top Haus in Top Lage

Sehr schönes gepflegtes Holzhaus mit herrlicher Aussicht. Ruhige Lage und trotzdem in kürzester Zeit in Gröbming oder Schladming, je nach belieben. Optimale Ausgangslage für Wanderungen oder Radtouren. Die sehr freundliche Vermieter stehen dabei gerne mit Ausflugstipps zur Seite . Man fühlt sich rundum wohl. Ein Sehnsuchtsort zum wiederkommen.

Einfach nur super!

Die Fotos haben schon sehr viel versprochen - und das hat gehalten! Wir waren ausgesprochen Begeistert von der Hütte. Alles war so, wie in der Beschreibung. Alles sehr sauber und genug Platz für uns alle! Und auch die Betten/Matratzen waren nicht durchgelegen! Gerne wieder!

verbesserungswürdige Kommunikation

Sauna war über den gesamt Mietzeitraum defekt und damit nicht funktionstüchtig. Es erfolgte keine Information darüber obwohl dies schon bereits im Vorfeld bekannt war. Zudem hat die Vermieterin unangekündigt und ohne unser Wissen sich Zutritt zum Haus erlaubt als alle noch geschlafen haben. Das empfanden wir als sehr unangenehm.

Idylle pur

Das Haus war rundum super.Wir waren mit 12 Familienmitgliedern unterwegs mit 2 Kindern bis 12 Jahren. Sehr gepflegt, total nette Vermieter, Bauernhof mit Kühen, Kälber, Hund und Katzen direkt nebenan.Die grosse Wiese direkt nebenan, konnte zum Ballspielen genutzt werden. Super Ferienhaus in bester Lage!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Kurzurlaub mit der Großfamilie! Für die Kinder war einiges geboten, kleiner Spielturm und ein kleiner Badetag. Außerdem Kühe und Kälber. Katze und Hund hat natürlich auch nicht gefehlt! Die Vermieter sind super nett, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert! Man fühlt sich sehr willkommen!
