Located in Mittenwald, Bavaria, this newly built 110 sqm ground-floor apartment welcomes up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms with 1 bathroom and separate WC. You will find a bright, open, and modern interior featuring a large entrance area and spacious living room with fireplace. The apartment offers high-quality furnishings with solid wood furniture and floors throughout. Both double beds measure an impressive 2 x 2.10 meters for maximum comfort. Amenities include private WiFi, TV, washing machine, dishwasher, baby bed, dedicated workspace, mountain views, and your own private entrance with self check-in.  
  
  
  
Step outside to your private south-facing terrace that enjoys sunlight from early morning until evening. The ground-level garden surrounding the terrace is exclusively reserved for you during your stay.

The Mayrhof sits in a unique location on a high plateau in one of Bavaria's most beautiful areas, surrounded by meadows and forests in the Buckelwiesen region. You will experience complete tranquility away from any street noise, with panoramic views framed by the Karwendel mountains to the east and the Wetterstein range. The location provides excellent access for mountain biking, hiking, and mountain tours. Beautiful swimming lakes are within walking or cycling distance. Winter activities include cross-country skiing on scenic trails around Krün, with the Kranzberg ski area just 10 minutes away and additional ski areas near Seefeld and Garmisch-Partenkirchen. The hosts live on-site but not in your booked apartment.
