"This site is definitely off the beaten track but not far from Cefalu where we went to visit. When we checked in the host told us about an local festival going on that evening so we walked the 8 minutes to the site of then festival and were able to sample some of the local cuisine. Every morning we awoke to the sound of bells from the local sheep herds. On Sunday morning we attended Mass at the local parish where we were part of a 50 year wedding celebration. "We had a wonderful 2-night stay at Hotel Riva del Sole in Cefalù. The hotel was spotlessly clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of options to start the day. The location is perfect—directly opposite the beach—and guests receive discounted access to the nearby beach club, which was a fantastic bonus. The staff were all friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again, and next time we’d love to stay even longer. Highly recommended!"
