The Meadowlark is in the best walkable location in Missoula! Super close to the iconic Clark Fork River, the U of M, The Wilma and The Farmer's Market. This lovingly restored, historic two bedroom, one-bath rental allows you to live like a local! Just steps from great restaurants, breweries, galleries, fly shops, and near awesome hiking trails. Perfect for Griz graduation/ football/basketball games! You'll love this thoughtfully renovated historic home filled character, artwork and beautiful, high-quality finishes. We are happy to provide a comfortable, foldable mattress, if you’d like to bring a 5th guest! We would also love to host your pups but must charge a $50 fee per pet per visit for our housekeeping team. Limit to two pets per stay unless otherwise approved by the owner. \*Please note that we took photos before our blinds and curtains were installed. All windows in the house except one in the kitchen can be fully covered for privacy. \* Monthly off -season rate- $2900 per month includes all utilities and surface street parking space.
